Before you write
- Fields are empty for old sprints? Open Jira settings → Apps → Sprint Ledger and run Scan history.
- A field shows "not found" on the settings page? Reinstall the app or contact us. A Jira admin may have deleted it.
- Not visible on the issue view? Add the field to the project's screen. JQL and list columns work without it.
